I might pass somebody today that gives me the message that I am not good enough. Just for today I will love the people whom I perceive to be giving me the message that I am not good enough. I will validate to ascertain whether it is my perception or an actual truth. My own feeling of not being good enough might be the cause of the perception. I acknowledge that my ego might transform the truth where a remark is made, where it is not meant, but interpreted as: “I am not good enough”.
The first step is to validate what is really being said. The second is to deal with the message if it is true. When somebody feels that ” I am not good enough” it is there perception and I can ignore it. I can focus on continuing developing virtue within. If it is true I can take it on board and see if I can improve. If I cannot improve then I should not waste my time trying to improve. If I can improve I can prioritise it and plan activities that will improve. If the priority is high then I can activate it immediately, if the priority is low then I can leave it.
