This quote is a reminder for me to watch my thoughts and intent at all times. Allowing my mind to dwell on negative thoughts is not only destructive on physical health but also on my spiritual being. As humans our innate nature is that of being creative beings. We are infused with desires and wants to nurture that longing to be creative and solve challenges in the way. That longing can feed the ego leading to selfish desires that are destructive. As we listen to the soul we learn that we can make a contribution to a whole bigger than ourselves. That becomes the foundation to build upon constructively and expand our creativity to the benefit of greater magnitude.
