Duty calls me to honor my commitment to follow through with the day. An inner yearning calls me to read again the wisdom of the Havamal and put it into practice. Today is Thursday, and I am on my post for another day. I am ready for this day.
The past week has been productive, informative, and filled with its own adventure of being. I have a few neglected things that need my attention, but I have also made progress on a spiritual dimension in the last few days. My automatic writing and focus on the senses, combined with upliftment of my thoughts and stabilizing of emotions, has contributed to me getting in touch with my inner man.
I am eager to continue the journey and find consistency in a new level of awareness, compassion, and being. Ideally, each morning’s reflection should reflect this progress. Even as the mind and body age, the spirit should awaken more and rise stronger into the world of the present moment. Here, I find balance, harmony, coherence, and integrity for my being.
I am expanding my being along with my knowledge and creativity. My creative mind can find inspiration for grasping the opportunities that lie ahead. Increasing awareness, expanding knowledge, creativity, and preparation are all things I have to find a concise description for. As I express the metrics for my progress mentally, I would like to give a crisp expression of growth in being, knowledge, and conscience. Being does not grow alone, but is accompanied by a surge forward in both consciousness and conscience. I can lift my spirit into a higher plain. It is possible!
