~ morning intent ~

As I breathe deeply, I feel the fresh morning air fill my lungs. I am open to the guidance of my inner self, and I allow it to lead me through the first steps of this day. I hope to be enthusiastic about the day ahead, compassionate to those around me, and open to learning more about this amazing experience we call life.

I sit in stillness, preparing myself to direct my first thoughts towards the life and being I wish to create for myself. Before I am touched and influenced by the thoughts, emotions, and reactions of others, I want to focus on my own inner peace and clarity. My first task of the day is to calm my mind and bring order to my thoughts and actions. It is in these first baby steps that I plant the seeds of a life that inspires and brings healing, not only to myself but also to others and to the planet.

There are days when my intentions falter, even after I have set them with good heart. Harsh words or a small incident can derail my train of thought. However, as I persist in this practice, I find that I am able to maintain my focus for longer and longer periods of time. Every bit of progress gives me the will and strength to renew my intention for the day, with the confidence that I will succeed. The cumulative effects of persistence will bear fruit, and I celebrate each day’s progress with confidence and gratitude.

I am confident that the qualities of gratitude, enthusiasm, compassion, and learning will be present in my life today. I know that all the forces of nature, both spiritual and mental, will support me in this important endeavor.

THE POWER OF INTENT

THE POWER OF INTENT

Have you ever wanted to achieve something, but you just couldn’t seem to focus on it? You may have started out with a clear goal in mind, but then your mind started to wander and you got sidetracked. This is because it takes a lot of focus and intent to achieve anything worthwhile.

Intent is the ability to focus your mind on a single goal or purpose. It’s the ability to block out distractions and stay laser-focused on what you want to achieve. When you have intent, you’re able to tap into your full potential and achieve anything you set your mind to.

Here are a few tips for developing intent:

1) Be clear about your goals.

The first step to developing intent is to be clear about what you want to achieve. Once you know what you want, you can start to focus your mind on it.

3) Remove distractions.

When you’re trying to focus, it’s important to remove as many distractions as possible. This means turning off your phone, closing your email, and finding a quiet place to work.

3)Take breaks.

It’s also important to take breaks when you’re trying to focus. Getting up and moving around, or taking a few minutes to clear your head, can help you to stay focused and motivated.

Developing intent takes time and practice, but it’s worth it. When you have intent, you’re able to achieve anything you set your mind to. So what are you waiting for? Start developing your intent today!

Here are some additional tips that may help you to develop intent:

1) Visualize your success.

Take some time to visualize yourself achieving your goals. This will help you to stay motivated and focused.

2)Believe in yourself.

It’s important to believe that you can achieve your goals. If you don’t believe in yourself, no one else will.

3) Take action.

The only way to achieve your goals is to take action. Don’t wait for the perfect moment. Just start taking steps in the right direction.

Developing intent is not easy, but it is possible. With time and effort, you can learn to focus your mind and achieve anything you set your mind to.

Productivity

There is nothing that prevents me from being productive. I have the energy, knowledge and foresight to remain focused on an outcome.

As an illuminatus I know the laws of nature and spirit to harness my energy and project it into positive action. This is the cycle of progressive living and constructive thought which yields constructive action. Productivity starts with a clear intent and resolve to achieve and what to value. I have developed the power of will to achieve and the concentration to make it work.

Productivity requires effort, but also, to endeavor to achieve with the least resistance and effort. Effort must be applied with maximum leverage to optimize impact.

Blogging with intent

I dedicate this blog to contain the most noble thoughts possible. I will fill this blog with my contemplation of life and my meditation on higher concepts. This blog will reflect my discoveries and understanding of my true nature as I continue to grow my thinking and experience. This blog is aimed to inspire the soul and embrace beauty, harmony and coherence. Here my heart will meet my mind and those two aspects of self will combine. This is for the upliftment of my own soul, my wings for my spiritual journey.

Here I will entertain only that which is uplifting and encouraging for the self. This is a private exploration that will pioneer deep within the self. An inner communion that only the true mystic will understand. I do not concern myself here with grammar nor spelling but with the focus of intent. The deepest truths will be my diamonds – and I aim to build a treasure chest and fill it to the brim.

Love, hope, faith will combine here with rationality and clarity. This is me for myself and this is where the ego can be put to the side so that the voice of the soul, the archangel, the master within or the true magnus can emerge. This blog is an invitation to the higher self to find a free flowing channel through which the soul can be expressed.

Whatever the circumstances the soul is present within at all times. This path can only be traveled by myself, within myself. It is the path where I enter into the mystery of being. I dedicate this blog to be a training ground for the mind to lead me through emotion and action to the most significant life possible. I am to evolve my life to embed more virtue in every aspect of being. A state of mind that is positive, active, creative, purposeful and productive. This is also a commitment to live with full consciousness in every moment. My life has got purpose, meaning and I will give expression to it.

Setting intent for performance

I am sitting in a meeting talking about performance management or performance reporting. Performance have therefore been very much in my mind and several diverse ideas are at the moment finding convergence in my mind.  This blog might be jumping around but it reflects how many disjunct thoughts form a backdrop for new thought and progress.

This morning I tweeted a quote from Michal Meier which says: “Ingenuity will do nothing without Labour, and vica versa” and “He that hath not erred hath not begun”.  Performance is not possible without effort. We can not just do the “Work smarter not harder” thing but need to put some effort behind our desire to achieve.  The other important concept highlighted is that true performance require also risk and actual failure. If we have not made mistakes we probably have not really started to get to the core issue, we have not pushed the limits and we have not left our comfort zone. These are all important factors, but it takes courage to put it into practice.

The two quotes above sparked my meditation today and especially the importance of having intent and to put action behind our intent and then evaluating the impact of our actions.  I discovered that the same principle applies to to Feng Shui. The rearrangement of your physical environment accounts for only 20% to 30% of the Feng Shui theory. The more important parts is putting the intent out of what you want to achieve before starting to rearrange the environment and the evaluation and effort you make into realising your intent after you have done the arrangements.  Making a change that is lasting requires both intent and the required labour.
