
I am still learning to test my thoughts and train my mind to think on positive terms. We need to see the glad half full as well as having the potential to be filled further. When our thoughts are mere projections of our environment and circumstances then we can hardly claim to have mastered our thinking. I have learned a few technique to train the mind that is well known and effective. Gratitude and affirmative are good habits to improve ones thinking. I read on Facebook today a question asking what does one do when one had negative thoughts. My simplistic answer was that were need to look at the practices that train or mind. Once the negative thought sprouted there is not much we can do about it. So it is better to train the mind before we face a situation that might trigger negative thoughts.
