~ on the sacredness of presence ~

It is almost afternoon. I’m stealing from the moment of silence an opportunity to do my free flow writing. It is such a relief to be sitting here just with music in my own presence, listening to my own body, my heart, and my mind speak.

The lines in the journal I am writing in, are lovely as guidelines, but they may also be limiting to the free flow writing objectives. Lines are helpful, but the free flow writing requires no boundaries. I am grateful for these times of silence and stillness.

I can almost see my soul rising up to say, “Here I am” Present within me, being me, feeding and nurturing my mind, body, and heart”. How I wish I could keep this sacred moment to be everlasting, as it is filled with calmness, equanimity, presence, and love.

Presence seems to be the key today, in the moment as it is such an essential experience of existence. I can hardly describe it, but it is here and now, with a great sense of feeling everything to be what it should be, with all the challenges and difficulties that are still latent in the background.

For now, I sit in my inner rune space, and I know all the forces of the universe and history streaming to me, coming together into a bigger movement of destiny. I could be in pursuit of destiny, but it seems it is okay to just enter into the silence and stillness and to do nothing.

I have never truly understood what it means in the Tao to do with our doing, but today I’m getting a small glimpse of what it means. I understand the value of the deep sacred exploration of my soul, and it is as important to be present as it is to be mindful of the body and filled with emotional intelligence of the heart.

In this moment of stillness, I am aware of the interconnectedness of all things. I am a part of the universe, and the universe is a part of me. I am grateful for the opportunity to be here and now, and to experience the presence of my soul.

~ new opportunity ~

I stand before a huge gateway to a new task. This challenge will require an extraordinary effort to ensure a successful outcome. I enter this space with a feeling of calm strength and pioneering spirit within my inner being. I call on my inner creativity to rise up forcefully for this occasion, like a phoenix from the ashes.

This is not just an ordinary challenge. It is an opportunity to unlock new insights and bring value to the world around me. In this one opportunity, I can see the ripples vibrating into future generations. I do not need to build a building or engrave it in stone. I can simply release one seed of a thought and let it grow into a full force, impacting generations to come.

My destiny has led me to this day, to this point in time. It has not yet granted me all the skills I need, but I do want to make the best use of this time. When all the forces of the universe collaborate as a single force to bring me to this moment, it speaks to my lifelong purpose. It might be my last act of truly making a significant difference.

I open my mind and soul to allow for the birth of a new idea and the opening up of new possibilities. The immediate future is a challenge, but the reward will be worth the extra effort. I embrace the challenge with clarity of mind and certainty of purpose. I will not falter. I will not delay. Now is the time for me to act.

~ the law of three ~

I have always been fascinated by the law of three, which states that everything has its cause and effect. This morning, I decided to experiment with this law by changing my modus operandi. Instead of diving straight into the magical process of writing, I first read from my spiritual journal to feed my mind. I’m not sure whether writing should precede reading or the other way around, but whatever it may be, I’m trying to bring active and passive together in my morning routine. I hope that the law of three, employed in this change, will manifest deeper insights and accelerate my spiritual progress.

The law of three states that everything has its cause-and-effect relationship. It also says that cause-and-effect happens on multiple planes. What we are manifesting on the physical plane is not the complete picture. We might not be fully aware of all the consequences. When we lack awareness of this important law, we may steal money, for example, and experience wealth on the physical plane, but deteriorate on the moral plane and be totally impoverished on the spiritual plane.

This principle can be defined as the law of karma, however, it is more accurate to say that the principle remains constantly active and that act and thought vibrate on different levels of awareness. This is the lesson of karma that brings karmic justice to the forefront. We act on a thought, and that action might not justify fulfilling the thought, but it also ripples out as a karmic ripple into our future, our relationships, and even the common effect on the community in which we live and with which we associate.

Our Western paradigm has gone so far down the physical and individual route that we have lost touch with the spiritual and community consequences. It is up to everyone to reunite these opposites in their own life to bring back a sense of calm and strength that is not individual, but brings peace and harmony to the community.

The law of three can be a helpful guide for making choices in our lives. When we are faced with a decision, we can ask ourselves, “What are the potential consequences of this action, both for myself and for others?” By being aware of the law of three, we can make choices that are more likely to create positive karmic ripples.

The law of three can also help us to forgive ourselves and others. When we make a mistake, we can remind ourselves that the law of three is in effect. We can also offer forgiveness to those who have wronged us, knowing that their actions will eventually come back to them.

The law of three can be a source of strength and inspiration. When we are feeling discouraged, we can remind ourselves that our thoughts and actions matter. We can also choose to focus on the positive karmic ripples that we are creating in the world.

The law of three is a powerful reminder that our thoughts and actions have consequences on a personal and collective level. When we act with intention and awareness, we can create positive karmic ripples that benefit ourselves and the world around us. I am committed to living my life in accordance with the law of three, and I believe that this will bring me, my home and commmunity peace, strength, and harmony.

~ answering the Call of the Soul ~

The creed of happiness begins with the following statement of wisdom:

“I shall begin each morning, unafraid. I shall see the wonderful gifts that the day will bring. I shall be guided by intelligence rather than belief. I shall see truth and ignore no fact. I shall control my thoughts and guide them into the highest realms, holding my cherished ambition and sacred ideals uppermost in my mind.”

I value my inner development above all else. The first entry in my spiritual journal, which I started writing more than ten years ago, was : The Creed of happiness” This powerful Rosicrucian insight was a true guiding light for me in my life of self discovery. I believe firmly that the true source of my happiness is to cultivate noble thoughts and wilfully manifest them into action, into my reality. It took many years of practice and awareness to slowly make progress on the path of training my thinking patterns to establish more balance, coherence, and integrity in thought and in action.

I hold on to the Stoic maxim that succinctly instructs that our thoughts and actions should be aligned at all time. I found this to be true as well in the Havamal’s Runatal saying: “Word grew word after word, deed shaped deed with deed.” Indeed, the only true satisfaction in life is to have a mind that is at peace with itself. Peace fostered as noble thought is realized through action. Mind and body collaborating to the attainment of a common destiny of being.

I am not talking about positive affirmations, although they might assist. Nor am I talking about the illusion that denies reality with all it’s desires and hazards. I talk about the wisdom to realize what a noble thought is and the intentions to bring those noble thoughts into reality, and deep into our paradigm of reality. Enabling noble thoughts edifies character and brings calmness and strength. A willfull consciousness striving to bring harmony and compassion into a daily practice with consistency.

Virtue is the ultimate source of happiness because virtue has no guilt and virtue has no failure or criticism. One can be poor and without friends and still virtue will bring comfort because we are designed to strive to be the best we can be. This is not the call of flesh and blood but a call from the soul. This is a call deep from being Arman, the inner being awakened to guide our evolution and growth towards our destiny. This is the inspiration of ARHAHARI: Divine intelligence of virtue penetrating all space-time to establish the law of what is right within all forms of consciousness.

~ love, compassion and fellow-kindness ~

Life is too short for arguments and animosity. We have limited time to love and be loved, to build, care, and serve.

Love is the foundation of a happy and fulfilling life. It is the energy that binds us together and gives us a sense of purpose. When we love others, we are opening ourselves up to the possibility of being loved in return. This can be a vulnerable experience, but it is also one of the most rewarding.

I choose with determination today not to defile my life with negative vibes and thoughts projected to me. I hold on to the hope that love is stronger than hate and criticism.

I know from experience that it is difficult not to lash back when someone’s behavior is unfair. It takes courage to act from compassion and to continue to live within a strong flow of fellow kindness.

Compassion is the ability to understand and share the feelings of another person. It is a powerful force for good in the world. When we are compassionate, we are able to connect with others on a deep level and offer them support and understanding. This can help to heal old wounds and build bridges between people.

Yes, we need to set boundaries against the misuse and abuse of kindness. But we need not make those boundaries boundaries against the flow of nurturing and understanding. Our hearts can still be open while setting strong barriers to maintain our own integrity and well-being.

The barrier itself is not the challenge. It is the motivation and emotions we put in place to establish the boundary that matters. A boundary that pushes people away like hate and anger is inherently destructive and leads to isolation. A boundary that still allows for the free flow of compassion allows us to remain present for others and to serve and nurture without the need for any return or recognition.

We give freely what is within our power to give. We maintain a harmony and coherence that is free from external influences. Justice requires boundaries, and we uphold those boundaries for optimal social cohesion. Courage and compassion allow us to maintain the presence that facilitates optimal conditions to restore peace and re-establish harmony and balance.

Forgiveness and tolerance are the magical gateways to find peace and create an environment conducive for love and understanding.

Forgiveness is the act of letting go of anger and resentment. It is not always easy to forgive, but it is essential for living a peaceful and joyful life. When we forgive others, we are freeing ourselves from the burden of negative emotions. This can help us to move on and live our lives to the fullest.

I take this day to renew my commitment to inner peace and to the expression of that peace into the world around me. It is not an easy task, but it is one ever worthy of striving to complete with perfection and dedication. I am grateful this morning for the discipline to seek expression for my most noble thoughts through my writing. May the thoughts grow ever stronger and flow more forcefully into actions and behaviour to shape my character.

I believe that love, compassion, and forgiveness are the keys to a happy and fulfilling life. I encourage you to cultivate these qualities in your own life and to share them with others. Together, we can create a world that is more loving, compassionate, and forgiving.
