In January 2013 I nominated the enterprise architecture work I did at the Parliament of South Africa for the prestigious iCMG  Enterprise and IT Architecture awards  2013. Today it was confirmed that the nomination was selected as a finalist in all three categories for which the nomination was entered. I appreciate that we could get global recognition for the work that we have done. Irrespective of whether the nomination wins or not, being a finalist in itself is a huge achievement of which I am very proud off.

This competition  is on an enterprise level similar to winning an Oscar or a Grammy.
