It’s funny how these things come back around sometimes, isn’t it? Maybe the practice wasn’t quite what you needed at that point in your life, or maybe it was just a stepping stone on your spiritual path. Either way, it’s always interesting to look back on our past experiences and see how they’ve shaped us. And who knows? Maybe Rune Yoga will find its way back into your life in a different form someday.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts and experiences! It’s always a joy to connect with you.

I remember practicing something like this more than 2 decades ago. The name of the practice was not Rune Yoga but involved the corporeal expression of runes along with sounds. I wasn’t able to grasp the depths or benefits of the practice at that time—maybe I was too young then, or maybe the practice simply didn’t resonated with me at all. Thanks for sharing. I enjoyed reading! Lots of light and blessings to you, my friend*
