Dancing with Destiny: Co-Creating a Life of Healing and Hope

My vision board unfolds, a vibrant dance between my intentions and the unfolding of the universe. It’s not just me dictating, but a co-creation with the unseen forces guiding my path. I paint my desired future, not just of riches and fame, but of a life that ripples outward with healing and calm, a lighthouse of hope amidst the shadows.

I am far from perfect, brushstrokes of mistakes marring the canvas. Yet, blank spaces remain, ready for new colors, for learning and growth. Each reflection becomes a mindful stroke, painting my masterpiece with calm contentment.

I listen to the melody playing within, refining the notes, composing a symphony from the depths of my soul. The audience in this vast universe may be silent, their applause unseen. But my fulfillment lies in the completion of the masterpiece, the serene satisfaction of striving to be the best version of myself.

Though my neighbor carried his grudge to his grave, and fear-driven violence paints the world in grim hues, I choose to stand as a beacon of peace. In this space of chaos, I commit to living in unison with my destiny, vibrating with the harmony of my higher self.

I am the brush of grace, touching lives with healing and hope. Acceptance becomes my mantra, for others’ actions and words cannot sway my focus from my own masterpiece. It’s a work in progress, ever-evolving, forever unfinished. Yet, with each stroke, I embrace the journey, knowing that my efforts resonate far beyond the canvas of my own life.

Still the flow of the golden river.



Upon a canvas of softest dawn, I stand, bathed in the golden hush of a new beginning. One breath, one heartbeat, I am present, whole, and at peace. The journey, a ceaseless dance of receiving and giving, circles back upon itself, each turn a deepening spiral of understanding.

A single leaf adrift on a sunlit stream, I surrender to the current, carried by the unseen hand of my higher self. In the hush of stillness, I listen. Not with ears of flesh, but with the open vessel of my being. The whispers of the universe, a symphony of certainty and guidance, lead me onward.

No frantic chase for goals, no desperate grasping at achievements. Ten minutes, a sliver of eternity, held in the gentle cradle of the present. Each inhale, a grounding in the now, each exhale, a release into the boundless well of being. A subtle shift, a burgeoning within, whispers of growth taking root, experiences weaving themselves into a tapestry of vibrant balance, harmony, and integrity.

Words like brushstrokes on a luminous sky, painting a vision of the life I yearn to live, where every facet gleams with inner light. When imbalance dares to cast its shadow, I soften, yielding to the restorative embrace of stillness. A haven of peace, a sanctuary of abundance, where gratitude blossoms like wildflowers in the sun.

Wisdom whispered in the rustling leaves, rewarded by this moment of exquisite quietude. Bathed in the golden luminescence of existence, I stand, humbled and enraptured. Though fleeting, this sanctuary of serenity leaves its indelible mark. A whisper of peace tucked into the folds of my being, a gentle echo to carry me through the day.

For even the swiftest river eventually slows, finding solace in the quiet pools that mirror the vastness of the sky. And so, I carry a fragment of this stillness, a luminescent ember of harmony, to illuminate the path ahead.

May my day continue to be graced with the gentle rhythm of a flowing river, and my heart, a haven of peace.

~HAGAL-GIBOR – The evolutionary cycle of creation and destruction~

HAGAL and GIBOR are two of the most powerful runes in the Armanen rune row. HAGAL is the seventh rune, and it contains all the other runes within it. It is a rune of potential and possibility, of new beginnings and fresh starts. It has **actualized in realization** with potential and possibilities, but neither of these has yet manifested into real-world change. It contains the element of time in NOD, which represents the cyclical nature of the universe. It also contains the element of unification in EH, which represents the interconnectedness of all things.

GIBOR follows HAGAL in the Armanen rune row, and represents the end of the cycle of destruction and the start of the cycle of creation. GIBOR is a dynamic rune that represents the breaking down of the old cycle and the start of a new one. GIBOR retains what is left when all unnecessary things have been stripped away. It represents the end of the cycle of “passing away” and the start of a new cycle of “coming into being.” It is a rune of destruction and rebirth, of death and new life. It represents the dynamic forces that are constantly at work in the universe, breaking down the old and creating the new.

Together, HAGAL and GIBOR represent the cycle of creation, destruction, and rebirth. They are two sides of the same coin, and they are both essential for the continued evolution of the universe.

Exoterically, HAGAL can be associated with the element of water, which is seen as a symbol of potential and possibility. Water is always changing and moving, and it can represent the ebb and flow of life. Esoterically, HAGAL can also be associated with the air, which is seen as a symbol of the interconnectedness of all things. The sky is vast and endless, and it represents the potential for new beginnings.

Exoterically, GIBOR can be associated with the element of fire, which is seen as a symbol of destruction and rebirth. Fire is powerful and transformative, and it can represent the breaking down of the old and the creation of the new. Esoterically, GIBOR can also be associated with the earth, which is seen as a symbol of stability, groundedness, and a consistent force of evolution. The earth is strong and enduring, and it represents the foundation on which new beginnings can be built.

HAGAL and GIBOR are two powerful runes that can help us to understand the cycle of creation, destruction, and rebirth. They can help us to embrace change and to see the potential for new beginnings in even the most difficult situations.

Cho Ku Rei and Sei Hei Ki in armanen runes

I was wondering what would be the equivalent of the Cho Ku Rei  and Sei Hei Ki symbols in terms of the Armanen runes…if there is any equivalent.  Cho Ku Rei, activates and amplifies the effectiveness and efficiency of Reiki energy within a specific context. The power symbol contains three principles…the source, the flow and the action of Reiki. Cho Ku Rei is a more general symbol then Sei Hei Ke which  seems to be specific in balancing mind and emotion. The world of feeling and thought …the rational and the irrational.  Apparently the left of the symbol represent structure and the right flow.  So if Cho Ku Rei amplifies and unifies energy then Sei Hei Ki represents the duality of applying Reiki energy in order to find balance and harmony in energies.

In terms of the Armanen Runes I think the following apply:

CHO KU REI = UR-THORN-BAR-HAGAL: To heal, to project, to descend and universal

SEI HEI KI = UR-OS-RIT-EH: To heal, to accept, to flow and cosmic union

HUN SHA ZE SHO NEN = LAF-FA-NOD-GIBOR: Cosmic law, creative energy, to help karma and life
